Godrej air conditioner - Not Providing Replacement

I have purchased a Godrej inverter split AC from Flipkart and it was delivered on **th june. It was installed by Godrej technician on **th and on the same day after an hour AC stopped working and showed E* error. We asked a technician about the same but he was unable to help and later on another technician came from Godrej **th June and changed the fan motor according to the error but still AC was not working and later on we decided to exchange for the same and according to the technician, it must be changed.

So we decided to get the AC to be replaced a it was the new AC delivered on **th and till today we didn't get any confirmation from the Godrej regarding the replacment.

In between we had a word with service person name rajeev srivastav from the service team and he assured that we will get the replacmenet and even one of the service team member Rukshar confirmed the model which we are getting in exchange but it has already been more than ** days and still there is no hope to get the product replaced. So now we are here to complaint about Godrej for his after sales service.

We also want to complaint about flipkart internet pvt ltd who straightly refuse to change the product and want us to speak with Godrej regarding the replacment. Here we are stuck and didn't get any help from either flipkart or Godrej regarding the same.
