Godrej air conditioner - Ac installation is not done and money collected inexperienced technician came

Ac has been purchased from Flipkart and installation has been scheduled,
While installing they said there is no gas in it.
They said they will raise replacement for the product, it was in stable state for ** days no response from them .
I connected with ac brand team and they came and said Installation is not done properly. After that AC is working. , jeeves provided inexperienced technician and wasted oru time and they collected the full installation amount. Very poor experience
