Godrej air conditioner - Not Getting repaired From Godrej AC product is in warranty period

I buy a air conditioner of godrej on ** sep **** after * years its complaint and registered on godrej service center new delhi . Air conditioner on its warranty period of * years. Service man told that tray is complaint and they want the amount of ***** for replace the board. I asked for the warranty but they told that the product cant claim warranty . The shop also told me its on warranty period and the salesman told me while selling the product the board has * years warranty but now * year over the system is dead and money loss kindly take action for claim the warranty or product replace.
