We have purchased TCL ** Inches Smart Tv on Sept *,**** and it has * years warranty,but suddenly the video is not visible only voice is audible and we have already contacted the customer service and TV replacement is approved we have the acknowledgement also but from past * month we are struggling to make the replacement where we are not getting proper support from customer service nor by the dealer... hence very disappointed with the Service..need this to be investigated on priority.
