Good morning sir/madam,
I have registered for a new connection with Account id: ************, but as there is no slot inbox available in the area so the technician has asked us to apply for a refund as they are not providing a new connection to us, so please refund as soon as possible. It's been ** days since we have requested a refund but there has been no update from Act broadband for refunding of money.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
