Simpl - Not providing my refund

Dear Voxya Team,

I am writing to request your urgent assistance regarding a serious issue I am facing with the Simpl app.

I had initiated a refund request for a transaction that was wrongly debited from my account. However, despite repeated follow-ups, Simpl has failed to refund my amount. Instead of resolving the matter, they are misleading me by providing different reference numbers each time and claiming that the refund has already been processed — which is completely false.

Day by day, this has turned into a frustrating and mentally exhausting experience. It appears they are deliberately delaying the resolution and fooling me with false information.

I had earlier informed you about this case, and now I request you to kindly take strict action and help escalate the matter so that I can receive my rightful refund at the earliest.
