Simpl - Didn t receive refund in the source account

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Simpl (Simpl Technologies Pvt. Ltd.) for the unresolved refund issue regarding a payment I made for my Myntra order on ** September ****. Despite Myntra confirming that the refund was processed on * October ****, the reversal amount has not been credited to my source account, and I have not received any communication or resolution from Simpl even after two months of delay.

I initially contacted Simpl customer support on *rd November regarding the issue, and I have sent follow-up emails and reminders. However, I have not received any acknowledgment or response from their end. This delay in resolving the issue is causing me significant inconvenience, as I am unable to access my funds despite the refund being processed more than two months ago.
To date, I have not been provided with any transaction details or a clear resolution from Simpl regarding the processing of the refund. Therefore, I am requesting the Consumer Forum to intervene in this matter and ensure the following actions are taken:
Immediate Credit of the Refund: The refund amount should be credited to my Simpl account without any further delay.
Transaction Details: I request Simpl to provide the transaction/posting details of the refund, so that I can verify the same with my bank.
Investigation of Customer Service Inaction: I would like the forum to investigate the lack of response and the delay in addressing the issue despite multiple attempts to resolve it.
I kindly request your urgent intervention to resolve this issue. The failure to refund the amount within a reasonable time frame is a violation of consumer rights and has caused considerable inconvenience.
I look forward to your prompt action and resolution of this matter at the earliest.
