i am writting this complaint because my Internet provider which is "You Broadband" is not solving my problem of fixing the Modem from last ** days. I have registered the complaint on */**/**** **:** from there Application and even called at customer care on the same date. From past ** days i am trying to reach out the head of Customer Care department they would just keep me on hold for **-** mins and will end the call, the assigned Engineer for my complaint was "DHANJIBHAI CHUNARA" he came and replaced my old modem with some other customer's modem and which worked for ** minutes, the head don't want to attend my call so please look after my complaint i would attach the necessary evidence.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
