Jiomart - Not provided with the services related to amount charged

I have purchased a gift card of jiomart amounting to rs ****. While i have used it for the partial amount of *** there was no one time warning that the remained amount of **** the jiomart will not be providing the goods or services. After placing the order for one time the same is reflecting alike i wont be entertained for the remained amount . So the Jiomart is defrauding the customers and not providing for the services due as regards the amount paid. Now they are just telling that nobody will be providing the services for the same .The customer care has just provided the ref no ************ and are now providing the further solution.The gift card being used for the partial order for order id of *****************A. They are not providing the amount back in wallet of jiomart or in my bank .
