My daughter enrolled for Oda classes which started on *th july and we cancelled the enrollment on *th july , which was informed them via email as per their procedure. The cancellation policy says ** days refund. Now after ** plus days they are not responding to calls, messages or emails. I had paid the amount through credit card and now I am suffering for the payment of the same.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
