I applied for listing of my restaurant on *rd July. They started the onboarding on **th.Even after providing them the correct list of documents, they didnt put my restaurant on live. My id was created but none other things done till now. On asking employees in Nagpur, they say that it is stuck somewhere in BANGALORE. Now they say it will take more one week to process it.More excuses everyday. I have incurred a lot of losses due to swiggy. I need to get my restaurant listed straightaway as the problem is from swiggy side.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
