Cashify - Not liable to return delivered scratches device

They delivered scratches mobile phone after repairing I pay ***** in the month of May ** **** and after the device has been repaired without checking they send scratches mobile phone…Now they said they will not cooperate the warranty has been expired who is responsible for this they don’t check the mobile after repairing
