I placed an order on zomato on *th Dec. The order was delivered after * hour. I was already in a chat with a support executive regarding the delay. I recieved the order in a cake box without any cover. When i opened the box , I find an incomplete order. I immediately sent a picture to the executive I was chatting with. They say to write a review to the restaurant and zomato doesnt care. It must be the delivery guy who ate the missing piece. That explains the delay in the delivery and no cover. No restaurant gives only box. This is just wrong and unprofessional behavior. And its disheartening to see zomato supporting all this.
