I purchased a Xiaomi groomer from amazon in Oct ****. It stopped charging in the month of Apr ****. I called Xiamo customer service, rep asked me to take it to nearest service center, which I did. Service center insisted on bringing the box that came with it. I told them I don't have the box but I have the warranty slip and the invoice. But they insisted for the box and denied the warranty. Also, didn't provide me a denial letter despite asking for it. Nowhere in the invoice or in the warranty slip, Xiaomi has mentioned the keep the box during the warranty period. And then I followed up with Xiaomi via email and amazon via email and calls but no success.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
