Due to covid crisis, airlines airindia express cancelled the flight, we booked tickets by yatra. Com, for date ** march and return ticket on **march , ticket price was ***** aprox, then due to covid crisis we reschedule it on April month and we pay *****rs aprox for reschedule it, but airindia express cancelled the flight, govt declared to give full amount refund, but airindia sent amount of rs ***** thousand ro yatra. Com and told they deduct **** rs for reschedule charges and told yatra. Com give us only *****rs, and suggest to apply refund to yatra. Com,. Yatra. Com says that they received ***** from airindia express, and we will also deduct **** rs for convince charge and ****rs for cancellation charges total ***** from *****, and you will get ***** return,
From ***** rs, Is ***** full refund, plz help me for this cheating,reference no is, ************, what to do, we still not initiate for refund
