ANISHA KUMARI filed complaint against Amazon on Dec 2, 2020
I ordered a product and Amazon deliverd wrong product twice. From * month they were saying that they will replace the product and now they are saying replacement is not possible i will have to take the refund and return. Then also they are not sending anyone for pickup. They are saying that i have to go Indian post office and parcel them.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
