I had ordered a Liverpool home jersey. The jersey I received is not of great quality and also did not have the Salah name at the back as I had ordered. I emailed them back the day I got the shipment asking for a refund. (there are clear return and refund policy on their website). They did not bother to reply at all. I emailed multiple times, I called them at the phone number at the website but no response. Finally, after a month, I received a reply on insta saying that no I cannot get a refund. They have simply denied the request, and have completely refused to comply with their own policy. Absolute cheaters these guys are made the mistake of trusting a smaller online vendor. Please do not make the mistake of buying from these cheaters.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
