Online Football Hub - Incomplete order recieved

I ordered a Barcelona home Kit (football jersey) which said free shorts included on its advertisement for Rs.***. I paid on delivery but after opening the package I found barcelona’s away kit and that’s too without shorts. Since then i am dropping frequent mails to the online store but they are not replying and not looking into my matter. It is a case of complete fraud and i feel betrayed. I want strict action to be taken against them as soon as possible.
