I ordered Manchester United Home Jersey - medium size on **/**/**** but I received Tottenham Hotspur Away Jersey - XL size on **/**/**** in Bangalore. After seeing this, I raised a replacement query * times to their mentioned email ID onlinefootballstoreemail@gmail.com (this mail ID was mentioned in their website) for proper replacement. But I didn't receive a single email from them. I tried to call them through their contact number (+** **********) but it was switched off. I haven't experienced this kind of fraudulent in online shopping till now. So, this one hurts me a lot. So I'm raising a complaint here hoping that I would get a proper solution.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
