Sir/madam,
I booked a ticket on Goibibo app on **.**.**** and transact an amount of rupees ****. My date of travel is **th march, ****. But due to COVID ** , IRCTC cancelled all the bookings automatically. Irctc refund the amount of rupees **** on **th march. But I did not get the amount till date.
Today I contacted goibibo support executive. They should refund the amount automatically. But after * hour of conversation, they told me the deduction of rupees *** from my refund amount.
Sir, I did not cancel any service or tickets. IRCTC automatically cancelled all the bookings. Please refund the full amount of rupees **** as it was not cancelled by me, then why are you charging me an amount of rupees ***.
They are charging me for the service which I never used.. nither I use their service nor I cancel the ticket. Then why I should pay *** rupees . Even IRCTC is giving full refund to the customers
Please do the needful and refund the full amount of rupees i.e. **** .
