You Broadband - Not given connection and not refunding money

My account number is *******. I have requested to shift my connection to Mini Bazar to Shiv Dhara residency. The salesperson came to my place and told me its feasible. He took money from me and after * days he told me your money will be refunded as the new place is not feasible. So now I am trying to get back my money for the last ** days. And that salesperson asked me to talk directly with his team leader Bhavin Patel.
First of all, he is very rude and unprofessional. First, he said to me you will get the refund in * days as per company policy. After * days when I asked him again, he told me it will take ** days as per company policy and after ** days he told me it will take ** days as per company policy. And every time he was rude and last time he abused me also. I have call recordings also. Below are the details of persons mentioned above from Surat team.

They not gave connection and not refunding yet after ** days.
