Aniket filed complaint against Quikr on Jan 20, 2020
I purchased OnePlus *t gray, *gb ram ** GB rom order id ********* transaction id ************ for rs **** on ** November **** cancelled on * December **** and have been waiting for the refund for money for last * one and half month.. but there is no response from Quikr side. I am frustrated now what to do.. hope is just an email which they didn't respond.
I tried many times to call to the support team. They said that the refund for the order is initiated and transferred to my account. I don't get my money back. Please solve my problem as soon as possible
