I requested for a wifi connection one of the agent taking follow up each and every day before I have not paid him the money.
When I need the connection I called him and asked him that I need the wifi connection at that particular time he assured me that he will do that so I was okay at that time.
He came on time and took the money from me of Rs ****.** once he took the money from me he stopped answering my calls and I have no idea what will happen next.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
