Anand filed complaint against Hathaway Broadband on Jun 12, 2020
I am unable to login as Hathway broadband is not accepting password of my account. Date (**th june **** around **:** PM)I spoke to customer care immediately because it was hampering my work(I am working from home during this pandemic). I got assurance that problem will be resolved in two hours.
After * hours I again reached out and someone said that problem will be fixed by end of the day. I asked him to do it earliest if possible. By evening I called customer support again and I was said that it will be done tomorrow. .
Same story was repeated on **th June and no one solved my issue. And even sent me a fake message that I was called many times but my phone was not reachable and closed my complaint. I can show that I called you more than ** time in two days while everytime I have waited approx **-** minutes to speak to technical support consultant. when I asked, who called me, share his number because it's not possible that any of my numbers was not reachable. After that they disconnected my call, I tried again but they repeated the same.
I wrote an email to their Nodal officer and few other hathway emails which I could get online and on invoice but no further action on my previous complaint. Just got one automated response that problem will be resolved in ** hours. It all happened when they already wasted my ** hours. They didn't read even my email, because I had mention my hathway account number their clearly but they asked me again and no further response.
I am trying to use mobile hotspot to work from home but it is not enough as per my requirement.
If they did call me, show me the proof or just take away your hardware and refund my money. Also who is going to pay for this continuous headache I am suffering since past two days and still no hope that these guys will do anything.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
