Godrej air conditioner - AC Fan Motor Fault

Sir, I made an AC complaint on ** June ****. The complaint number is Z**********. The engineer visited on ** July ** at *:** am. The engineer checks the AC and starts talking about a fault in the fan motor. The engineer's name is Bablu, his mobile number is **********. And Gaurav received a call at the service centre on **th, still it was not done, this motor will come, it will come. They have stopped receiving all their staff. Then they cancelled the AC complaint. Then again I complained and that too was cancelled. I still have the AC under guarantee, I purchased the AC on **/*/**. Till now they have not repaired the AC and Bablu is asking for Rs. *** to get the AC repaired.
