Naaptol - Not getting refunded of returned product

Naaptol is selling low quality product and when returned the product(thermos flask) not getting the refund amount. Instead company is asking to place a new order request with extra charges of **** rupees which is a dinner set. We don't want dinner set and we need our paid amount back. The quality of any product is worst and we don't want any product and we don't want waste more money for this company.

I have ordered bedsheet from naaptol there is *bedsheet repeated and there are lot of poop in that packets as well as in bedsheet it smells bad I want to either replace or refund of products
