I haven't got refund from goibibo for failed ticket booking almost a month.whenever I call ,they are replying as trying to give refund but failing in transaction gateway,almost * times they have told.
This is some sort of fraud activity from go ibibo.
So I want to take a legal action on GoIbibo.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
