I Have Cancelled Two Tickets From Yatra In The Month Of November But Yatra.com Is Behaving Like A Bunch Of Cheaters. No Customer Care Number, No Customer Support. Airline Is Saying Yatra Has Not Raised Even Refund Request With The Till Today I.e. On ** Feb ****.

I filed a complaint through voxya.com and received reply afterwards by yatra telling me about refund application number but it was false information. I checked with airindia but they said yatra has not generated any refund application.
