I am writing to escalate the issue hoping that you will take appropriate action on this. I have paid for * months of internet and due to some issues I have to shift to Pink apartment sector ** from my current residence. I requested for shifting but it was denied saying that Hathway does not provide services in Pink apartment. I fail to understand that you provide services in sector ** and not in sector **.
Anyway I asked then to disconnect the connection and refund my remaining unused amount.
I fail to understand how can you forfeit the prepaid amount of a customer due to shifting to a place where you don't have services area
