Bookmy bai - Not getting proper replacement

We have availed the service for providing ** hour maid services for which we have paid Rs.*****/- as service fee upfront . First the helper reached us and worked for *.*months . later when we asked for the replacement when the first worker left from las **days we have not being provided satisfactory profile . Answer like our back office is working on it . On their advertisement at the site bookmybai.com ,its mentioned that immediate replacement is provided which is misleading to the customer . No upfront charges involve however we have first asked to pay Rs.*****/- and therefore we have given services . I have twin baby at home and i am service women. i am fed up with the regular follow up but they are not providing the good profile and i ts seems us that now after taking the fee they are misguiding us
