Bookmy bai - Failed to provide service and refund amount

I paid ₹**,*** to bookmybai on **th June **** for maid services. However, the agency failed to provide satisfactory service. The maids sent did not complete even a month of work and were not informed by the agency about the agreed scope of work. The contract stated replacements would be provided within * days, but despite repeated follow-ups, I waited for over one and a half months with no proper replacement.

The maids sent by the agency were unprofessional and inexperienced. For the past * months, I have been handling all household chores myself, which has caused immense mental stress and negatively affected my health. The agency has ignored my repeated requests for updates and a refund. They are now refusing a refund and offering a credit note instead, which I do not accept.

I request a full refund of ₹**,*** due to the agency’s failure to provide the promised services, as well as compensation for the mental stress caused by their negligence.
