Hi team I got some rewards points from my company cnx to avail Amazon services but when I am trying to use that voucher code and pin the site was not giving me the option to enter it also I had a word with the customer care executive name monika today she was so rude with me and also was not reddy to escalate this issue to the concern team and the team leader as well telling me a blend that she is the last person to talk with I as a loyal customer does not expect this kind of service from such a brand call Amazon please call me for any other information and please solve my issue
