Vivek Raghuwanshi filed complaint against Travolook on Feb 17, 2021
This is regarding booking of my flight from Nagpur to pune dated on **th of December **** with reference no REF********* amount was deducted immediately.
Suddenly, i have recieved a mail stating that your booking is cancelled due to fare expiration.
and an instantaneous call from them saying that the airline has increased the price and they would refund the amount in ** working days.
When i asked them as to why it would take ** days for the refund , they would give all sorts of stories .
After the long wait of ** days and when I call them again , they would again say that i have to wait for another *-* working days for the refund but the refund would never be returned.
Today(**-feb-**), I again called them and ask for the refund status but they are saying due to some operational issues your refund is in pending status and
you will get the refund by **th march.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
