I am Airtel customer for Broadband service, I am working from home since the period of Covid-**, Since *th of July, My internet service is down, today until **th July ****, I have not received any resolution Or any efforts to restore the service.
I was in touch with Customer care and they always passing the false commitment and everyday when I called them, getting timeline of ** hour to resolve it
In these three day of period, I am fed up & mentally harassed, each & everyday getting verbal warning from my management team and they are marking the leave without pay.
