I was booked Flight on *st may **** from Delhi to Varanasi (Lal Bahadur Shastri Airport) travel date was *th May **** and then it got postpone for *th of May then again postponed for *th of May. so i was requested to Cancel the flight at the tile of Cancelation. Customer support told me that they will refund the amount within ** working days, ** working day was completed on **th of June ****.
today (**.**.****)again i called to Customer care(Phone: ****-***-****) today again they given assurance" will get the refund within * to ** working day"
every time they telling "get the refund within * to ** working day"
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
