I booked one way outstation ride on Monday **st June with CRN ********** with phone pe as payment mode. Initial estimate showed ****/-. The real shock was when trip completed. I was charged ****/- for a total of ***kms travelled. I got a trip complete SMS as well saying total distance traveled is ***kms.
Immediately called ola support to ask why the higher fare. Rohini Sharma from support emailed back saying I was eligible for a refund of ****/- post validating records and send my bank details for refund. After I send my details I get another email saying I changed my destination so I am not eligible for any refund. And this has been the reply I am getting over and again.
How can we change the destination after the stop OTP is entered and ride is complete? The funny thing is the changed destination as they say is just ***mts from my start position. Under Your Rides the booking shows my actual drop location and the invoice shows different one.
Whose mistake is it now? Why should a customer pay for your glitches? Can someone travel ***kms in *hrs? Is that even logical? If the changed destination is just ***mtr as per invoice then I should only be charged minimum fare right?
Kindly help me get this resolved and get my money refunded.
