Red tape - Not exchange the item

I buyed the girls shoes and they said it could be exchanged within * days but when i go after * days to exchange the shoe they said you have to exchange the shoes with only girls shoes i have request * times that i didnt like another article of the shoes can i exchanged the shoes with gents shoes they said it no i have request one of the staff but ge also said no with rudely behaviour and they said if you want to buy something or not if not then leave so i leave the shoes and bill in store because there behaviour was very rude and left the store . I called or email the customer care but they dont respond
