Red Tape - Exchange material not delivered

I ordered a pair of sneakers from Red Tape on January **, ****. Got them delivered on **th January, ****. But since they were not upto my expectations I placed an exchange order. My original pair was collected on *st February by a merchant from shiprocket. The person said that the order will be delivered to you tomorrow. It's been ten days and since now it is not delivered to me.
