Red Tape - Pending Exchange of RedTape Sliders 702 Paid Size 11 Not Delivered

I ordered UK ** size Sliders from RedTape but when I received them it was smaller than UK** and there is no size mentioned on the sliders anywhere. So, I requested for exchange and Selected UK ** for the same on ** September **** but there is still no response from their side till today (** September ****). The site is showing pending for approval. Their Customer Care is not Picking Up the call. I emailed them also but there is no response from them.
