Hi, I ordered "LG ** L Convection Microwave Oven" ( order id - OD******************) on the eve of Diwali (Dhanteras) for my parents from Flipkart. Initially the promised delivery date was **rd Oct-**, but when the product did not deliver they promised me another date of ** Oct-**. Later they could not deliver it and promised me another date of * Nov-**. Finally when I checked the status on * Nov-**. It showed me that the order has cancelled. Though they have initiated the refund but the point is it caused me a lot of problem, wastage of time and not delivering my gift to my parents on the ocassion of Diwali. I need an apology letter and a compensation for my loss.
I had already raised the issue but I dont seek any prompt response from flipkart.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
