Khwaja Moinoddin Abrar Khan Pathan filed complaint against Dell on May 19, 2021
I had purchased laptop on **th february **** from Authorised Dell store Aurangabad Maharashtra.
When I came to home I seen the laptop screen is defective. I called to customers support of Dell they told me Your laptop will be replaced by our side. The process of replacement is ** days. We will give you new brand laptop. First we will pick up your defective laptop after that we delivered you new laptop. I agreed on above conditions and say yes!
After one month no one pick up my laptop. I mailed continuous on india_csmb_wur@dell.com
But they only send me apologize and inconvenience mails not more than that
After almost *.** months they pickuped my laptop on * May ****
Then they told me you will get refurbished laptop. I said I don't want refurbished as I purchased new brand laptop I want brand new as they said as on ** feb you will get same brand new laptop. On ** May **** I said if you are giving me refurbished then I don't want it.
Please send me back my faulty laptop I will repair in Dell service station but I don't want refurbished.
But till now no response from Dell team.
I purchased this laptop for my CA intermediate classes. I didn't use this laptop for single day. I want my compensation and refund if not then I want new brand laptop as they mentioned earlier
