I have ordered for the same day delivery they said it would be delivered between *pm and **pm and later after millions and calls and mails I get a reply saying it can’t be delivered today as it is mentioned in terms and conditions. The next day when I tried to call the customer care no one picks up and I have put so many mails to cancel the order there is no reply, I have read many reviews saying this company is a fraud
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
