Swiggy - Not Delivered and not refunded

Ordered from Swiggy on *th March **** around *.** from Dominos. They dispatched the person from the store around *.** and I got a link from the for order. I waited till *.** and tried to call the delivery person and his phone was not in use. Called up Swiggy and they confirmed that the person phone number is not reachable. They asked me to call them after ** minutes and I called them again and the same result from Swiggy. I asked them to cancel the order, they declined to cancel it. Dominos then shared one more out of delivery message around *.** and I asked them to cancel. They refuse to cancel it saying this is a bulk order and they can't cancel it. They kept on calling and finding fault with me saying that as it's an bulk order it will take time and they refused to cancel the order and they didn't refund the order.
