Today I placed an order with Zomato. They deliver the order but one item from that order was missing. At the time of delivery, the delivery agent was in a hurry and ask me to rate * stars for their service but he asks me to do it soon. I reply to him okay and I give him the phone and he clicks on pay afterwards. I open the package there is only chole and naan, gravy, there is not bhature with chole. I ordered a plate of chole bhature. Then I contact to customer support they reply after half an hour later in which they apologize they send me ** z credit. These z credits can only use if you have ab Atm or credit card. That means I have to order from these frauds again. Please take action against them.
