Timbl Broadband - Not closing my timbl connection and giving refund

I applied for the timbl connection *days before with the help of agent through whatsapp and complete the one year payment with gst and also completed e-kyc at the same time. She said installation will be completed by the next day but no one comes.. even she is ignoreing all my msg's daily but yesterday at late night one boy installed it and said i will come tomorrow after router will get activated but now he denied. He said talk to company and company said call to him and company creating complaint id and also closing it by their own without solving it i asked them for refund and close my connection on mail and even on chat no one answering me. No one here to help me i have a connection but not have it's password and admin login id.. *day wasted but they are not calling or picking my call help me please . I stucked in biggest scam of timbl.
