Henry harvin Education - Not being refunded

I was looking out in online for institutes to help me with getting certified in S* Hana sourcing and procurement course in SAP. That is when I got call from Henry harvin education offering me the course with amount of *****. I joined after listening to the sample recording of a trainer and based on the confirmation that if i dont like it ill be refunded fully within * days. But once I finished paying the amount, their attitude became different. My queries were not addressed properly , and they closed the tickets without satisfying my concern. When I asked for refund, I was informed that I cannt get it as I'm provided with discount.
When I paid the fee , I was not informed that I'll not get refund if I get discount and while paying I was told to choose options for credit card EMI and not full payment directly.
