In initial *-* days of enrollment I didn’t understand what the trainer what teaching I politely asked my consultant to change the batch but he enrolled me in the batch that was half over i asked him to enroll me in new batch as it is a language course it needs to be studied from start but he didn’t enroll me for days then i myself changed the batch to morning * am one in that for continuously * days trainer didn’t show up and the classes were cancelled without being informed then now i have raised issue regarding refunding my fees because there is no new batch but there is no response
I mailed to their customer support also multiple times but they haven’t solved it
So now i just want my refund
