Henry harvin Education - Fee taken for course but counselor did not attend calls after I paid the fee

Its an ongoing problem with a French course I paid for back in March ****. Apparently, I've been having a nightmare trying to get a refund for it. Initially, this counselor named Simran was just after me to pay up and enroll, bombarding me with over ** phone calls. But as soon as I agreed and wanted to join and paid, post that she was unavailable for any assistance. Calls were ignored, WhatsApp messages left unread.

Imagine the frustration, right? Especially when I needed the course urgently for an exam. I had to scramble and find an alternative because I couldn't count on this organization's support. And things got even worse when I tried to get my money back. I spoke to someone named Jyoti, who promised help, but then I was just ignored.

I sent over screenshots of our conversations and the payment confirmation to prove my point. Now last month a person named Faheem contacted me and offered an alternative to refund that I can go ahead with any other course that I want but the refund would not be possible. So I actually did not want to go ahead with any other course basically but still I agreed and then now this person is also not answering messages and neither calling back so that I can inform which course I would be choosing. Ridiculous!
