I am the costumer of dish tv and VC no is ***********, I had lodge the complaint regarding no signal on ** Sep **** but till time my complaint is not attended. In this regard I had spoken to Mr Ravikant (company rep) on ** Sep ** at *:** PM and he had given the number of Mr Neeraj (Mathura dish office).I had called at *:** PM when nobody came but he is not picking up the phone. I again approach to Mr Ravikant, he also not picking up the phone, consequently after passing of ** hrs my problem is still stand. I am very shock to see the maintenance services of reputed company.
