Nykaa - Not approving my Return request

I placed an order of a perfume on january **th **** and received it on **th january ****. I created the return request on **th january **** itself as i already received the same product from somewhere else with a lower price. But Nykaa kept rejecting my return request stating that ( the product is opened and unpacked ) , wherein the product is still packed and unused. I also sent some related pictures as a proof but they did not approve my return request so far. They have rejected it * times already, giving the same false reason from their team. I will now take this to the consumer forum as they have already given me a lot of harassment.
